Products: We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations (including photos) correspond to the actual products. These are for illustrative purposes only and there may be slight variations in colour between the products and as they appear on your device.
You must read and follow all instructions we provide on the products you are purchasing from us. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage caused due to your failure to follow our instructions.
Services: We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions correspond to the service provided for purchase.
Placing orders
Orders you place online are your offer to purchase products and services and may be accepted by us subject to availability. Once you confirm your order, you will receive email confirmation setting out the products and/or services you have purchased and the estimated delivery date if appropriate. If due to technical errors in pricing and/or details incorrectly shown on our website, inability to gain authorisation on your payment or your product being unavailable from stock, we reserve the right not to accept orders.
Prices
We do try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but sometimes errors may occur. If, after you have placed an order, we discover an error in our pricing for those products, we will advise you as soon as possible. You can then choose to reconfirm your order at the new price or cancel the order for a full refund.
All payments are to be made in pound sterling. Product prices exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices as necessary.
Product orders from outside Great Britain may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your location. You may need to complete a customs declaration form and/or provide identification when receiving an imported delivery. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country are your sole responsibility.
Payment
Payments are taken via our website by Squarespaces own payment provider Squarespace pay.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed. We will not be responsible for undelivered products should the information you provide be incorrect.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate the name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases.
Delivery
Physical Products: We try to deliver your products as quickly as possible to your nominated address, but we’re not liable for any delays caused by the delivery provider or anything outside of our control.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you, prior to which ownership of the goods remains with us. Once products have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

1. Digital Downloads (Journal Prompts, Printable’s, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your files, please contact us immediately contributiveenergymethods@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Online Courses and Workshops
Cancellation and Refunds:
For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start date of the course or workshop, a full refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the start date of the course or workshop.
Course/Workshop Changes or Cancellations:
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment.
In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
If a course is rescheduled, and the new time does not suit the customer, a full refund will be issued.
3. Coaching or Consulting Services
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds:
Refunds for coaching or consulting packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any refunds issued will be for the unused portion of the package, less any applicable fees.
4. Therapies and Treatments (Access Bars, Energetic Bodywork, Sound Therapy, Sound Baths, etc.)
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds:
Refunds for therapy or treatment packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any refunds issued will be for the unused portion of the package, less any applicable fees.
Suitability:
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that any therapy or treatment is suitable for them. Please consult a qualified medical professional if you have any concerns.
5. General Provisions
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contributiveenergymethods@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.
This refund policy is subject to change without notice.
Return and Refund Policy - Products
Products: We hope you’re happy with your products, but if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted products within [14] days of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase, the products must be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact). Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We will give an indication of dispatch and delivery dates for products in your email confirmation. We will inform you via email when your next delivery is due based on your monthly subscription.
Although we give delivery windows, these are just an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery as this will depend on the delivery provider.
