Access Body Processes are touch-based energetic tools that activate the body’s innate ability to heal, shift, and change. Each class focuses on one specific process, chosen for its ability to create ease and clarity with your body.

In this class, you’ll:

• Learn one specific Access Body Process

• Receive and gift the energy with a partner (you get a full session!)

• Explore what your body knows — and how to listen

• Leave with a powerful tool to use in your life and sessions

Each process is different — some support immune function, others release trauma, judgment, resistance, or stuck emotions from the body.

You Receive:

• Hands-on instruction + energetic facilitation

• Printed process sheet with hand placements + wording

• 1 trade (you give and receive the process once)

• Certificate of attendance (not a full certification)

• Jade’s energetic support, guidance, and contribution
